Organized and launched the first Chocolate Week in New York February 13-19, 2012, sponsored by Cacao Noel.

This event was organized for the lovers of chocolate and its decadent flavors. This one week enabled guests to discover special desserts made from chocolate by participating chefs. Each restaurant offered a tasting of 3 chocolate desserts to those who purchased two courses. In return, the restaurants received 2 complimentary 11lb boxes of Cacao Noel Chocolate.

Partnering restaurants included DB Bistro Moderne, Ayza Wine & Chocolate Bar, Bistro Vendome, Cercle Rouge, Gascogne, Jean Louis, Orsay, Opia, Serge Bistro, and Jean-Louis Restaurant in Greenwich, CT.
